Common use of CONTRACT PUBLICATION Clause in Contracts

CONTRACT PUBLICATION. This Agreement will be included in a single bound, printed booklet with the other MEBA/WSF Agreement. The booklet’s format will be similar to that presently used by the State of Alaska and MEBA, including dimensions of 5.25” X 8.25” and a cover page bearing accurate names of the parties and similar-sizes Employer and Union logos side-by- side. The booklet will be printed by a unionized printer in the State of Washington, and the appropriate Union “bug” will also appear on the cover page. The parties will split the costs of printing three hundred and fifty (350) copies of the booklet. The Union will provide a copy of the booklet to every member of the bargaining unit, through its representatives or stewards, or the mail, as appropriate. The parties will work together to ensure that the booklets are available for distribution within sixty (60) days after ratification. APPENDIX A‌ Yard Personnel The following Rules are in addition to Rule 1 through Rule 36 above, and apply to Yard Oilers.
