(PRIDE) and has been approved in accordance with Subsection 946.515(2), F.S., the following statement applies: It is expressly understood and agreed that any articles which are the subject of, or required to carry out, this contract shall be purchased from [PRIDE] in the same manner and under the same procedures set forth in Subsections 946.515(2) and (4), F.S.; and for purposes of this contract the person, firm or other business entity carrying out the provisions of this contract shall be deemed to be substituted for this agency insofar as dealings with such corporation are concerned.   • ASSISTANCE IN RELATED PROCUREMENTS 5.1 Where a Relevant Supplier is bidding to provide New Goods and/or Services in circumstances where the Supplier or an Affiliate of the Supplier is already providing (or due to provide) Legacy Goods and/or Services to a Contracting Body, the Supplier shall promptly provide the relevant Contracting Body and/or the Relevant Supplier with all reasonable information and assistance as may be required from time to time to enable the relevant Contracting Body and/or the Relevant Supplier, as appropriate, to:

  • Transaction Processing All orders are subject to acceptance by us and by the Fund or its transfer agent, and become effective only upon confirmation by us. If required by law, each transaction shall be confirmed in writing on a fully disclosed basis and if confirmed by us, a copy of each confirmation shall be sent to you if you so request. All sales are made subject to receipt of shares by us from the Funds. We reserve the right in our discretion, without notice, to suspend the sale of shares of the Funds or withdraw the offering of shares of the Funds entirely.   • Surgery Services and Mastectomy Related Treatment This plan provides benefits for mastectomy surgery and mastectomy-related services in accordance with the Women’s Health and Cancer Rights Act of 1998 and Rhode Island General Law 27-20-29 et seq. For the member receiving mastectomy-related benefits, coverage will be provided in a manner determined in consultation with the attending physician, physician assistant, or an advance practice registered nurse and the patient, for: • all stages of reconstruction of the breast on which the mastectomy was performed; • surgery and reconstruction of the other breast to produce a symmetrical appearance; • prostheses; and • treatment of physical complications at all stages of the mastectomy, including lymphedema.   • Historically Underutilized Businesses Subcontract Reports a) Vendor shall electronically provide each Customer with Vendor’s relevant Historically Underutilized Business Subcontracting Report, pursuant to the Contract, as required by Chapter 2161, Texas Government Code. Reports shall also be submitted to DIR.

  • Project-Related Investments The term “investment” or “invest” as used herein shall include not only investments made by the Company and any Sponsor Affiliates, but also to the fullest extent permitted by law, those investments made by or for the benefit of the Company or any Sponsor Affiliate with respect to the Project through federal, state, or local grants, to the extent such investments are subject to ad valorem taxes or FILOT payments by the Company.
