Common use of Contract Schedule Reports Clause in Contracts

Contract Schedule Reports. Contractor shall submit the following reports for the Proposed Contract Schedule, Contract Schedule, Contract Schedule Updates, Contract Schedule Revisions and Recovery Schedules: (a) A Schedule Logic Report listing the activities, their early/late and actual start and finish dates, duration, float and the logic relationship of activities sorted by early start. (b) A cost report listing each activity and its associated cost, percentage of Work accomplished, earned value to date, previous payments and amount earned for the update period. (c) A narrative report with the updated progress analysis, which shall include a description of problem areas, current and anticipated delaying factors and their impact, an explanation of corrective action taken and proposed revisions for recovery. Narrative report on Proposed Contract Schedule will outline Contractor's overall plan, strategy, crew movement and utilization and other considerations in developing the schedule. (d) Network Plots presenting time scaled network diagram showing activities and their relationships. Contractor will provide an electronic copy of all reports.
