Contract Security Requirements for Unescorted Access to Nuclear Power Plants. If performance under this work order involves unescorted access to protected and vital areas of nuclear power plants or access to nuclear power reactor SGI, individual contractors requiring access to protected and vital areas of nuclear power plants or access to nuclear power reactor SGI shall be approved for unescorted access in accordance with the following procedures:
