Contract Service and Utilities. The cost of contract services and utilities procured from outside sources that are not charged directly to Nevada JV and its subsidiaries. If contract services are performed by the Operating Member or an Affiliate thereof, the cost charged to the account of Nevada JV shall not be greater than that for which comparable services and utilities are available in the open market within the vicinity of the Operations.
