CONTRACT SERVICE IN XXXXX XXXXX. 20 SHERIFF will provide an annual report of hours worked in support of contract 21 services including supplemental services. A monthly report of overtime hours 22 worked will be provided to the CITY Manager. The overtime hours worked 23 report will be in the same format as the overtime report currently provided on a 24 monthly basis to existing contract cities. CITY and SHERIFF will develop the 25 format of an end-of-year report listing actual hours worked by job classification.
