Contract Terms To Be Exclusive. This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement of the parties about the covered subject matter, and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings and agreements bearing upon the covered subject matter. As noted in Section 1.B., Mellon and each Fund may enter into Service Level Documents or other interpretive documents in connection with this Agreement. Any such Service Level Documents or interpretive agreements may be in writing and signed by all parties, but shall not be deemed to be an amendment to this Agreement, and because the intent of such agreements is to generally facilitate operations in a flexible manner, the breach of any such agreement shall not necessarily constitute a breach of this Agreement, and the parties shall be free to change the terms of such agreements as provided therein.
