Common use of Contract Time / Construction Schedule Clause in Contracts

Contract Time / Construction Schedule. It is hereby understood and agreed that the Contract Time for this Project shall be Seventy-Seven (77) calendar days for construction, and be Sixty (60) calendar days for close-out, commencing with the Notice to Proceed construction phase and ending with completion of the construction work which will occur no later than [Date] and close-out [Date] (“Contract Time”). The Construction Schedule must be accepted by the District.
