Contracting and Formalization. Without prejudice to the obligations described above, the Parties agree that the actual contracting of Santander Credit Operations shall be provided and formalized directly between Santander Brasil and the Customer, in such a way that Getnet has no responsibility and/or obligation in relation to this step.
