CONTRACTING OUT FOR SERVICES. ‌ SECTION 48.1 The Township agrees that, during the term of this Agreement, both Parties will agree to discuss/review any potential for the loss of service to a private contractor, for which the Bloom Township Fire Department or its employees currently provide. All attempts possible will be made to retain these services within the Bloom Township Fire Department.
