Common use of Contractor and employees of Contractor Clause in Contracts

Contractor and employees of Contractor. shall be under a continuing obligation to County to disclose any prior or subsequent criminal arrest record information regarding any Contractor employee assigned to this Contract or having access to information pertaining to this Contract to Administrator.
