Contractor and Subcontractor Warranties. Seller will procure from the Contractor and each Subcontractor warranties with respect to services, Plant and Equipment provided by such entity for a period of no less than eighteen (18) months after the Closing Date and for a further eighteen (18) months after any warranty repair with respect to the subject of the repair. Seller shall obtain and maintain all such warranties in full force and effect.
