Contractor Parties. A Contractor’s members, directors, officers, shareholders, partners, managers, principal officers, representatives, agents, servants, consultants, employees or any one of them or any other person or entity with whom the Contractor is in privity of oral or written contract and the Contractor intends for such other person or entity to Perform under the Contract in any capacity.

Contractor Parties. Contractor Parties means the Contractor, Subcontractors, Suppliers and Sub- subcontractors and their respective Personnel.

Each violation shall be a separate and distinct offense and in the case of a continuing violation, each calendar day's continuance of the violation shall be deemed to be a separate and distinct offense. The State may request that the Attorney General bring a civil action in the Superior Court for the Judicial District of Hartford to seek imposition and recovery of such civil penalty. In accordance with subsection (f) of such statute, each large state contractor, as defined in the statute, shall post a notice of the provisions of the statute relating to large state contractors in a conspicuous place which is readily available for viewing by the employees of the Contractor.
Contractor Parties. The Contractor shall assign to the Work only competent, appropriately qualified, experienced and skilled Contractor Parties to perform the Work and ensure that the Work is performed under the supervision of appropriately qualified and experienced personnel.

(e) Force Majeure: Events that materially affect the cost or availability of the Services or the time schedule within which to Perform and are outside the control of the party asserting that such an event has occurred, including, but not limited to, labor troubles unrelated to the Contractor, failure of or inadequate permanent power, unavoidable casualties, fire not caused by the Contractor, extraordinary weather conditions, disasters, riots, acts of God, insurrection or war. (f) Lead State: The State of Connecticut. (g) NASPO ValuePoint: the NASPO Cooperative Purchasing Organization LLC, doing business as NASPO ValuePoint, whose role is to facilitate the administration of the NASPO cooperative group contracting consortium of state chief procurement officials for the benefit of state departments, institutions, agencies, and political subdivisions and other eligible entities for all states, the District of Columbia and territories of the United States. NASPO ValuePoint's role is also to receive reports and may perform contract administration functions relating to collecting and receiving reports as well as other contract administration functions as assigned by the Lead State.
