CONTRACTOR CERTIFICATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH AGREEMENT CONDITIONS. By accepting the Contractor Agreement and by executing this Contractor Agreement, Contractor hereby affirms current and continued compliance with each condition listed in this Article, and affirms the same for all subcontractor(s). Contractor’s certification of compliance with each of these conditions is considered a material representation of fact upon which FAC is relying in entering into this Contractor Agreement:
