The CONTRACTOR warranties 32 contained in this Agreement and the Exhibits hereto extend to and are for the benefit of COUNTY and 33 its permitted successors and assigns only. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, including the 34 Exhibits thereto, CONTRACTOR makes no representations or warranties concerning either the 35 Equipment, the Sublicensed Software (or other programs supplied to COUNTY by CONTRACTOR and 36 which are directly licensed to COUNTY by a third party, or which are supplied by a third party to 37 COUNTY), the Licensed Software, the System, subscription services, Maintenance or Support, nor does 1 CONTRACTOR undertake any further obligations whatsoever.
