Contractor Employee Acceptability. The County reserves the right to preclude a Contractor employee from providing services related to this Contract. Contractor shall be responsible for removing and replacing any employee within twenty-four (24) hours when requested to do so by the County’s Project Director.

The Contractor shall remove, at the CCA’s request, any employee or subcontractor providing services to the County under this Contract.
