Contractor Employee Acceptability Clause Samples
The Contractor Employee Acceptability clause establishes the standards and requirements that contractor personnel must meet to be deemed suitable for work under the contract. Typically, this clause allows the client to review, approve, or reject contractor employees based on qualifications, background checks, or conduct. For example, it may require that all contractor staff pass security screenings or possess certain certifications before being assigned to the project. Contractor Employee Acceptability. The County reserves the right to preclude a Contractor employee from providing services related to this Contract. Contractor shall be responsible for removing and replacing any employee within twenty-four (24) hours when requested to do so by the County’s Project Director.
Contractor Employee Acceptability. The COUNTY reserves the right to preclude the CONTRACTOR from employment or continued employment of any individual. The Contractor shall not subcontract with any personnel for performance of services hereunder unless the provisions in Sub-paragraph 8.39 of the Contract are met.
Contractor Employee Acceptability. The Contractor shall, upon reasonable request of the Department, immediately remove and replace any of its employees, independent contractors or students who violate the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
