Approval of Contractor’s Staff. The County has the absolute right to approve or disapprove all of the Contractor’s staff performing work hereunder and any proposed changes in the Contractor’s staff, including, but not limited to, the Contractor’s Project Manager.

Approval of Contractor’s Staff. 9.3.1 In fulfillment of its responsibilities under this Contract, Contractor must only utilize, or permit the utilization of, staff who are fully trained and experienced, and as appropriate, licensed or certified in the Tasks required by this Contract. County shall not unreasonably delay its approval of a replacement of Contractor Project Manager.

Contractor shall supply sufficient staff to discharge its responsibilities hereunder in a timely and efficient manner.
