Contractor Employee Qualifications. To be identified in specific task order requirement Statements of Work. The contractor is responsible to provide a fully qualified workforce. The Contractor shall employ and utilize only experienced, responsible, and capable persons in the performance of work under this contract. All employees must be citizens of the United States or authorized aliens and shall be able to furnish proof of citizenship if asked to do so by the Contracting Officer.
