Contractor Qualifications. Contractor warrants that Contractor has the necessary licenses, experience and technical skills to provide services under this Contract.
Contractor Qualifications. Contractor represents and warrants to District that Contractor and all of Contractor's employees, agents or volunteers (the "Contracted Parties") have in effect and shall maintain in full force throughout the Term of this Agreement all licenses, credentials, permits and any other legal qualifications required by law to perform the Services and to fully and faithfully satisfy all of the terms set forth in this Agreement. If any of the Services are performed by any of Contractor's Parties, such work shall only be performed by competent personnel under the supervision of and in the employment of Contractor.
Contractor Qualifications. The State’s intent in having the requirements listed below is to ensure that only qualified and reliable Contractors provide the Products under the Contracts resulting from the Solicitation. Procurement Services retains the right to request any additional information pertaining to the Contractor's ability, qualifications, financial capacity, financial stability, and procedures used to accomplish all work under the Contract as it deems necessary to ensure safe and satisfactory work. Contractor shall meet the following qualifications throughout the term of this Contract:
1. Contractor must offer Products in at least five (5) of the sixteen (16) Product Categories as referenced in Section 1.2, Scope. All Products offered must be available statewide.
2. Contractor must offer:
a. A minimum of one hundred (100) Products in five (5) of the categories that were bid.
b. A minimum of fifteen thousand (15,000) Products on its price list overall.
i. These minimum one hundred (100) Products in each of the five (5) categories and minimum fifteen thousand (15,000) Products overall must fall within the Scope of this Contract and within the Scope of the Product Categories. Products and Services that OGS deems to fall outside the Scope of this Solicitation as well as those that do not have satisfactory proof of Reasonableness of Price (ROP) will be excluded from these counts.
ii. Offering the minimum number of Products in each category does not meet the minimum fifteen thousand (15,000) Products overall.
1. Contractor will only be able to sell those items and Product Categories that are on its price list under this Contract.
3. In order to facilitate the need for Authorized Users to pick-up orders, free of charge, the Contractor and/or its Reseller(s) must have at least one Physical Location or a Physical Presence in each of the four (4)
Contractor Qualifications. As further specified by EOHHS, the Contractor shall meet, and demonstrate to EOHHS that it meets, the following qualifications:
A. At all times during the Contract Term, the Contractor shall have a governance structure that includes:
1. A Governing Board. Such Governing Board shall:
a. Be seventy-five percent controlled by providers or their designated representatives; and
b. Include at least one consumer or consumer advocate as a voting member. Such consumer or consumer advocate shall not be included in either the numerator or the denominator in calculating the seventy-five percent control threshold requirement of Section
A.1. a;
2. Representation from a variety of provider types, including, at a minimum, representation from primary care, mental health, and substance use disorder treatment providers;
3. A Patient and Family Advisory Committee; and
Contractor Qualifications. Contractor is advised that the State’s intent in having the requirements listed below is to ensure that only qualified and reliable Contractors perform the work of this Contract. Contractor shall have the burden of demonstrating to the satisfaction of Procurement Services that it can perform the work required. Procurement Services retains the right to request any additional information pertaining to the Contractor's ability, qualifications, financial capacity, financial stability, and procedures used to accomplish all work under the Contract as it deems necessary to ensure safe and satisfactory work. Contractor shall meet the following qualifications:
2.1 CONTRACTOR TYPE AND OEM CERTIFICATION Contractor shall be and remain an authorized Dealer of an OEM for School Buses.
2.2 OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OGS reserves the right to request any additional information regarding Contractor’s abilities, qualifications and procedures as it deems necessary to ensure safe and satisfactory work under this Contract. This includes but is not limited to the following:
1. Evidence of Contractor’s capacity to process and ship the volume of orders required by Authorized Users on a statewide basis, either as a single entity Contractor, or as a Consortium. For a Consortium bid, each vendor participating in the Consortium may be requested to provide evidence of its capacity to process and ship the volume of orders required by Authorized Users in the NYS counties that it has been designated within the Consortium;
2. Documentation to demonstrate Contractor is in compliance with Section 3.2 Standards, Codes, Rules and Regulations;
3. Documentation to demonstrate Contractor’s ability to meet the delivery requirements set forth in Section
Contractor Qualifications. The Contractor shall meet the following minimum qualifications:
a. Must be licensed by DSHS and shall meet or exceed all minimum licensing requirements or other requirements necessary for services provided under this contract as outlined in chapter 388-76 WAC;
b. The Contractor is required to have and maintain an AFH license with the State of Washington as outlined in WAC 000-00-00000 and 000-00-00000;
c. Must ensure that all staff who may have direct contact with DSHS Clients have met the training and certification as required in chapter 388-112 WAC;
d. Does not have a disqualifying crime or negative action as described in chapter 388-113 WAC; and
e. A Contractor who chooses to transport Clients must have a current valid/ driver’s license for the classification of motor vehicle operated, have proof of liability insurance as required under state law and successfully pass a DSHS background check.
Contractor Qualifications. Contractor represents that it has in effect all licenses, permissions, certifications, and otherwise all legal qualifications to perform under this Contract.
Contractor Qualifications. During the term of this Contract, the Contractor shall meet the requirements of a KDP provider as stated under WAC 000-000-000, or its successor.

Contractor Qualifications. Certain qualifications, knowledge, experience and financial responsibility are required of everyone desiring to be a Contractor in the Electrical Industry. Therefore, an Employer who contracts for electrical work is a person, firm or corporation having these qualifications and whose principal business is Electrical and who maintains a permanent place of business and an adequate financial status to meet payroll requirements. The Union will register with the Residential Grievance Board bridging or transition agreements with new employers signatory to the low-rise residential agreement.
