Common use of Contractor Indemnification and Claims Clause in Contracts

Contractor Indemnification and Claims. The CITY agrees to include in all construction contracts the provisions of Article IV.E. regarding the ENGINEER's Personnel at Construction Site, and provisions providing for contractor indemnification of the CITY and the ENGINEER for contractor's negligence.
