Contractor Insurance Primary. For any claims related to this Agreement, the Contractor’s insurance coverage shall be primary insurance coverage. Any insurance or self-insurance maintained by the District Entities shall be excess of the Contractor’s insurance and shall not contribute with it.
Contractor Insurance Primary. The coverages provided by each of the commercial general liability policy and vehicle liability policy shall be primary and not contributing with respect to any insurance or self-insurance programs covering District, its board, board members, officers, employees, agents and/or consultants.
