Contractor must cease Services Clause Samples

Contractor must cease Services. On receiving a notice of termination under clause 26.1, the Contractor must immediately cease performance of the Contractor's obligations under this document or the terminated Contract on the date of termination and take any other action reasonably directed by the Company.
