Common use of Contractor must provide to Owner immediate notice of cancellation, material change, or non Clause in Contracts

Contractor must provide to Owner immediate notice of cancellation, material change, or non. renewal to any insurance coverages required herein above. This requirement may be satisfied by the Contractor providing a copy of the notice received by the insurer to Owner within two business days of date of receipt or by Endorsement of the policies that require Insurer to provide notice to Owner. This insurance shall not be canceled, materially changed, or non-renewed except after thirty (30) days written notice has been given to Owner.
