Common use of Contractor Not a Treatment Facility Clause in Contracts

Contractor Not a Treatment Facility. 1) Contractor acknowledges that it is not a residential treatment facility. Accordingly, Contractor agrees that it will not: i. Represent either to any resident or any other person or entity that it is providing services associated with a residential treatment facility (such as assessments, treatment plans, medication management, etc); ii. Make any treatment decisions on behalf of any County funded resident, or iii. Seek compensation from the County or residents referred by the County for services provided by a residential treatment facility that are beyond the scope of a Recovery Residence.
