The District shall pay for all remaining general building permits and ancillary permits and licenses not paid by the District prior to the commencement of this Construction Services Agreement. The District shall also be responsible for arranging and overseeing, all necessary inspections and tests, including inspections by the DSA, permits and occupancy permits, and ensure compliance with any Federal and State laws. Contractor shall be responsible for arranging and overseeing safety procedures and requirements, construction employee training programs which cover among other items, hazardous chemicals and materials.
