Common use of Contractor Readiness Review Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Contractor Readiness Review Responsibilities. a. The Contractor must demonstrate to CMS and EOHHS’s satisfaction that the Contractor is ready and able to meet all Contract requirements identified in the Readiness Review prior to the Contract Operational Start Date, and prior to the Contractor engaging in marketing of its Demonstration product; b. Provide CMS and EOHHS or their designee with corrections requested by the Readiness Review report within ten business days after receipt of the Readiness Review report.
