Contractor Recordkeeping of Generators Granted Waivers. Upon Contractor request, no more than four (4) times per year, the Authority Contract Manager shall provide Contractor an updated listing of waivers approved by the Authority Contract Manager, including the Generators’ names, mailing address, service address, and type of waiver. Contractor shall maintain waiver-related records and report on waiver verifications pursuant to Exhibit D. Upon Authority Contract Manager request, no more than four (4) times per year, the Contractor shall provide Authority an updated listing of waivers approved by the Contractor, including the Generators’ names, mailing address, service address, and type of waiver.

  • System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Appendix A hereto.   • Conformance with Sample(s Submission of a sample (whether or not such sample is tested by, or for, the Commissioner) and approval thereof shall not relieve the Contractor from full compliance with all terms and conditions, performance related and otherwise, specified in the Bid Specifications. If in the judgment of the Commissioner the sample or product submitted is not in accordance with the specifications or testing requirements prescribed in the Bid Specifications, the Commissioner may reject the Bid. If an award has been made, the Commissioner may cancel the Contract at the expense of the Contractor.
