Contractor Remains Legally Responsible. Subcontracts, as defined herein, may be used by the Contractor for the provision of any service under this Contract. However, no subcontract shall terminate the Contractor’s legal responsibility to HCA or DSHS for any work performed under this Contract (42 CFR 434.6 (c)).
