Common use of Contractor Remains Legally Responsible Clause in Contracts

Contractor Remains Legally Responsible. Subcontracts, as defined herein, may be used by the Contractor for the provision of any service under this Contract, except as limited in Section 9.5. However, no Subcontractor may terminate the Contractor's legal responsibility to HCA for any work performed under this Contract nor for oversight of any functions and/or responsibilities it delegates to any Subcontractor.
