CONTRACTOR REPRESENTATIONS AND COVENANTS. (a) Compliance with Privacy Policy, Laws, and Regulations. Onboarding Agent represents, warrants, and covenants that it will comply with all applicable Laws in its performance of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, all local, state, federal, and international privacy, confidentiality, consumer protection, advertising, electronic mail, data security, data destruction, and other similar Laws whether in effect now or in the future.

  • Investment Representations and Covenants (a) Purchaser is acquiring the Warrants for his, her or its own account, for investment only and not with a view towards, or for resale in connection with, any public sale or distribution thereof.
