No contractual relationships exist between any subcontractor and State under this Contract.

Nothing contained in the Contract Documents shall create any contractual relation between any subcontractor or vendor and COMPANY.

Nothing in the Agreement shall create any contractual relationship between any Subcontractor and the County or any obligation on the part of the County to pay or to see to the payment of any moneys due any Subcontractor, except as may otherwise be required by law. County may furnish to any Subcontractor to the extent practicable, evidence of amounts paid to Contractor on account of specific Work done in accordance with the schedule of values.
