Common use of Contractor Return for Collection Clause in Contracts

Contractor Return for Collection. Upon request from Customer, Contractor shall Collect Containers that received Customer Notices specifying non-Collection within one (1) Working Day of Customer’s request. Contractor shall bill Customer for the extra Collection service event (“extra pick-up”) at the applicable City-approved Rates only if Contractor notifies Customer of the premium Rate for this service at the time the request is made by Customer.
