Unscheduled Maintenance. Unscheduled maintenance may be required to resolve issues that are critical for Customer and/or performance of the Cloud Services. Druva will use its commercially reasonable efforts to notify Customer at least six (6) hours prior to the unscheduled maintenance.
Unscheduled Maintenance. Non-routine maintenance and repair of the Qwest System which is not included as Scheduled Maintenance ("Unscheduled Maintenance"), shall be performed by or under the direction of Service Provider. Unscheduled Maintenance shall commence with respect to each Segment upon the effective date of the grant of the IRU therein, as provided in the IRU Agreement. Unscheduled Maintenance shall consist of:
Unscheduled Maintenance. 12.7.1. Any maintenance, repair or rectification of the Silo Complex not forming part of Scheduled Maintenance shall be deemed to be unscheduled maintenance (the “Unscheduled Maintenance”). For the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that any maintenance arising out of de-commissioning and Forced Closure of the whole or any part of the Silo Complex under the provisions of Clause 12.7 shall be deemed to be Unscheduled Maintenance. It is further agreed that any closure, suspension or reduction of Capacity arising out of Unscheduled Maintenance shall be deemed as Non-Availability of Capacity and excluded from the computation of Availability.
Unscheduled Maintenance. Licensor will have the right, in its sole discretion and at any time, to render the Services inaccessible to Licensee in order to provide emergency maintenance, repairs, upgrades, updates or other changes to the System deemed necessary by Licensor (“Unscheduled Maintenance”). Licensor shall provide Client with notice of Unscheduled Maintenance as soon as possible in a reasonable method agreed by the Parties. System Downtime resulting from Unscheduled Maintenance will be included in the calculation of Availability.
Unscheduled Maintenance. Coffeyville shall immediately notify Vitol orally (followed by prompt written notice) of any previously unscheduled downtime, maintenance or turnaround and the expected duration of such unscheduled downtime, maintenance or turnaround.
Unscheduled Maintenance. Where the Contractor requires to conduct an unscheduled or urgent maintenance activity the Contractor shall issue a Request Notice to the Company one (1) day in advance.

Unscheduled Maintenance. Any maintenance, repair or rectification of the Storage Facility not forming part of Scheduled Maintenance shall be deemed to be unscheduled maintenance (the “Unscheduled Maintenance”). For the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that any maintenance arising out of de-commissioning and Forced Closure of the whole or any part of the Storage Facility under the provisions of Clause 17.7 shall be deemed to be Unscheduled Maintenance. It is further agreed that any closure, suspension or reduction of Storage Capacity arising out of Unscheduled Maintenance shall be deemed as Non- Availability of Storage Capacity and excluded from the computation of Availability
17.10.1. In the event that the Concessionaire fails to repair or rectify any defect or deficiency set forth in the Maintenance Requirements within the period specified therein, it shall be deemed to be in breach of this Agreement and the Authority shall be entitled to recover Damages, to be calculated and paid for each day of delay until the breach is cured, at the higher of (a) 0.5% (zero point five per cent) of Fixed Storage Charge, and (b) 0.1% (zero point one per cent) of the cost of such repair or rectification as estimated by the Independent Expert. Recovery of such Damages shall be without prejudice to the rights of the Authority under this Agreement, including the right of Termination thereof.
17.10.2. The Damages set forth in Clause 17.10.1 may be assessed and specified forthwith by the Independent Expert; provided that the Authority may, in its discretion, demand a smaller sum as Damages, if in its opinion, the breach has been cured promptly and the Concessionaire is otherwise in compliance with its obligations hereunder. The Concessionaire shall pay such Damages forthwith and in the event that it contests such Damages, the Dispute Resolution Procedure shall apply.
Unscheduled Maintenance. 1. Unscheduled Maintenance for certain parts or part numbers as identified on Ex- hibit C to this Agreement, shall be performed by an OEM Authorized, FAA Li- censed Repair Facility (or their counterparts worldwide) acceptable to AEPC™ at AEPC™’s expense for parts and labor, including the labor hours expended in Troubleshooting up to a maximum of two (2) hours. The Client shall be respon- sible for any additional troubleshooting hours unless approved in advance by AEPC™. Such advance approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
2. Upon being notified by Client that an Airframe or Engine requires Unscheduled Maintenance and of the location and condition of the affected aircraft, AEPC™ shall coordinate with an OEM Authorized, FAA Licensed (or their counterparts worldwide) Repair Facility acceptable to AEPC™ to initiate one or more of the following actions, as it deems appropriate:
3. Dispatch appropriate personnel to the specified location; or
i. Initiate timely maintenance pursuant to a purchase order issued by AEPC™ whenever practicable.
ii. In the event the OEM Authorized, FAA Licensed (or their counterparts worldwide) Repair Facility acceptable to AEPC™ is required to access an internal Component and/or System in the course of performing Un- scheduled Maintenance of a covered Component and/or System, AEPC™ will only pay for 100% of the Unscheduled Maintenance that di- rectly caused entry to the Airframe or Engine in order to return the Air- frame or Engine to service.
4. In the event the aircraft is AOG (due to the failure of a Covered Component and/or System) for five (5) business days and the delay results from a Covered Component not being available, commencing day six (6) AEPC™ will pay the op- erator One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars per day for up to five (5) additional days.(USA ONLY)
Unscheduled Maintenance. (1) Utility Contractor shall perform unscheduled maintenance on the Transmission Facilities when such maintenance is required by Good Utility Practice. For substantial unscheduled maintenance that is not covered in the Facilities Maintenance Plan, Utility Contractor shall first provide ATCLLC with a description of the work that Utility Contractor proposes to perform, the resources needed to carry out the work, a schedule for the work, and an estimate of the cost of the work to be performed. Utility Contractor shall proceed with substantial unscheduled maintenance only after receiving approval from ATCLLC, which approval may be given orally if promptly confirmed in writing. For purposes of this paragraph, substantial means having a cost, as determined in Article 6 of this Agreement, of more than $2,500.
