Contractor shall not encumber the Site. Contractor shall confine its materials and equipment and the operations of its workers to the limits indicated by CCI, and shall not unreasonably encumber the Site. Contractor shall keep stored material in good order, the Site free of rubbish and surplus material, and shall, in accordance with Applicable Laws, remove all rubbish and waste material caused by an operation under its charge.
