Contractor Staff Levels and Qualifications. The Contractor shall have direct oversight, be responsible for and monitor the performance of all contractor staff performing services under the Contract. The Department will provide security for the Contractor’s employees and agents consistent with the security provided at other Department facilities. The Contractor shall provide an adequate level of staffing for provision of the services outlined herein and shall ensure that staff providing services is appropriately trained, qualified and licensed, if required. The Contractor shall be responsible for all expenses incurred for travel, including transportation, and meals incurred on behalf of Contractor’s staff positions. Additionally, the Contractor’s staff shall liaise with and maintain a good working relationship with Department staff and other providers working with the Department.
