Contractor Team Coordination a. Contractor shall carry out clash detection analysis and complete preliminary virtual design and construction (VDC) activities as part of the Constructability Reviews. b. Weekly, the CM shall conduct coordination meetings with each Contractor, Subcontractor, PM, County and Design Team as needed. c. The CM shall prepare clash detection reports and distribute minutes/ reports to all attendees.
