Common use of Contractor to Attend Measurement Clause in Contracts

Contractor to Attend Measurement. The Superintending Officer shall give reasonable notice to the Contractor when he requires any part of the Works to be measured. The Contractor shall then: (a) forthwith attend or send a properly qualified and authorised representative to take jointly with the Superintending Officer any measurements of the Works that may be necessary for the purposes of any valuation, including the valuation of any compensation event; and (b) supply documents and information for the taking or calculation of any measurement and all other particulars that may be reasonable required by the Superintending Officer for the purposes of such valuation.
