Contractor shall maintain in a true and accurate manner and in accordance with GAAP, such accounts, books, records and data as would reasonably be expected to be examined by an independent certified public accountant in performing an audit or examination of Contractor’s revenue and expenses in accordance with GAAP and with generally accepted auditing standards.

Contractor to Maintain Certain Books and Records. Contractor shall maintain in a true and accurate manner and in accordance with GAAP, such accounts, books, records, information technology system records and data as would reasonably be expected to be examined by an independent certified public accountant in performing an audit or examination of Contractor’s revenue and expenses in accordance with GAAP and with generally accepted auditing standards. Upon request of the Contracting Officer, Contractor and its subcontractors shall, in a form acceptable to the Contracting Officer, submit a third party attestation report regarding its policies, controls, processes and security.
