Contractor to Secure All Permits. The Contractor shall secure and pay for all construction related permits, including the building permit. The Contractor shall be responsible for all inspections required by governmental authorities in conjunction with the issuance of said permits. Contractor shall secure and pay for all governmental fees, licenses and other permits necessary for the lawful and proper execution and completion of the Work.
