Contractor understands that it is County's policy to encourage all County contractors to voluntarily post County's "Safely Surrendered Baby Law" poster, in Exhibit I, in a prominent position at Contractor's place of business. Contractor will also encourage its Lower Tier Subrecipients (that is, "Subcontractors"), if any, to post this poster in a prominent position in the Subcontractor's place of business.
