Common use of Contractors’ Bonds and Insurance Clause in Contracts

Contractors’ Bonds and Insurance. Licensee shall require its contractors that install, maintain, repair, replace, or otherwise perform work on the License Area: (a) to provide bonds to guarantee the performance of the work and the payment of subcontractors and suppliers for any installation of Equipment; and (b) to have and maintain insurance of the same coverage and amounts as required of Licensee.
