Contractors Errors and Omissions Insurance. The Contractor shall purchase, provide and maintain, or cause to be purchased, provided and maintained, at its sole expense, contractors errors and omissions insurance coverage extending to cover the Contractor and all Subcontractors for claims alleging faulty workmanship, design errors or omissions (if applicable) and the use of defective materials or products which would not otherwise be covered under a Commercial General Liability policy. Such policy shall have a(n) maintenance/extended reporting period of at least two (2) years following the date of the final certificate for payment under the Contract.
