Fidelity Bond and Errors and Omissions Insurance. The Servicer shall keep in force during the term of this Agreement a Fidelity Bond and Errors and Omissions Insurance Policy. Such Fidelity Bond and Errors and Omissions Insurance shall be maintained with recognized insurers and shall be in such form and amount as would permit the Servicer to be qualified as a Xxxxxx Xxx or Xxxxxxx Mac seller-servicer. The Servicer shall be deemed to have complied with this provision if an affiliate of the Servicer has such errors and omissions and fidelity bond coverage and, by the terms of such insurance policy or fidelity bond, the coverage afforded thereunder extends to the Servicer. The Servicer shall furnish to the Master Servicer or Trustee a copy of each such bond and insurance policy if (i) the Master Servicer or Trustee so requests and (ii) the Servicer is not an affiliate of Xxxxxx Brothers Inc. at the time of such request.
Fidelity Bond and Errors and Omissions Insurance. The Servicer shall keep in force during the term of this Agreement a Fidelity Bond and Errors and Omissions Insurance the minimum coverage of which shall be at least equal to the coverage required by Xxxxxxx Mac in the Xxxxxxx Mac Guide or Xxxxxx Xxx in the Xxxxxx Mae Guides (unless a waiver of such requirement has been obtained by the Servicer from either Xxxxxxx Mac or Xxxxxx Mae). Such Fidelity Bond and Errors and Omissions Insurance shall be maintained with recognized insurers, shall be in such form and amount as would permit the Servicer to be qualified as a Xxxxxx Xxx or Xxxxxxx Mac seller/servicer, and shall by its terms not be cancelable without thirty days’ prior written notice to the Master Servicer and the NIMS Insurer. The Servicer shall be deemed to have complied with this provision if an affiliate of the Servicer has such errors and omissions and fidelity bond coverage and, by the terms of such insurance policy or fidelity bond, the coverage afforded thereunder extends to the Servicer. The Servicer shall furnish to the Master Servicer and the NIMS Insurer a copy of each such bond and insurance policy upon their request.
Fidelity Bond and Errors and Omissions Insurance. The Servicer shall maintain, at its own expense, a blanket fidelity bond and an errors and omissions insurance policy, with broad coverage with responsible companies on all officers, employees or other persons acting on behalf of the Servicer in any capacity with regard to the Mortgage Loans to handle funds, money, documents and papers relating to the Mortgage Loans. Any such fidelity bond and errors and omissions insurance shall protect and insure the Servicer against losses, including forgery, theft, embezzlement, fraud, errors and omissions and negligent acts of such persons and shall be maintained at a level acceptable to FNMA. No provision of this Section 5.19 requiring such fidelity bond and errors and omissions insurance shall diminish or relieve the Servicer from its duties and obligations as set forth in this Agreement. Upon request of the Trustee, the Servicer shall cause to be delivered to the Trustee a certification evidencing coverage under such fidelity bond and insurance policy. Promptly upon receipt of any notice from the surety or the insurer that such fidelity bond or insurance policy has been terminated or modified in a materially adverse manner, the Servicer shall notify the Trustee and each Rating Agency of any such termination or modification.
Fidelity Bond and Errors and Omissions Insurance. The Servicer shall maintain or cause to be maintained fidelity bond and errors and omissions insurance with respect to the Servicer in such form and in amounts as is customary for institutions acting as custodian of funds in respect of timeshare loans or receivables on behalf of institutional investors; provided that such insurance shall be in a minimum amount of $1,000,000 per policy and shall name the Indenture Trustee as an additional insured. No provision of this Section 5.7 requiring such fidelity bond or errors and omissions insurance shall diminish or relieve the Servicer from its duties and obligations as set forth in this Indenture. The Servicer shall be deemed to have complied with this provision if one of its respective Affiliates has such fidelity bond or errors and omissions insurance coverage and, by the terms of such fidelity bond or errors and omissions insurance policy, the coverage afforded thereunder extends to the Servicer. Upon a request of the Indenture Trustee, the Servicer shall deliver to the Indenture Trustee, a certification evidencing coverage under such fidelity bond and the errors and omissions insurance. Any such fidelity bond or errors and omissions insurance policy shall not be canceled or modified in a materially adverse manner without ten (10) Business Days’ prior written notice to the Indenture Trustee.

Any such fidelity bond and errors and omissions insurance shall protect and insure the Servicer against losses, including forgery, theft, embezzlement, fraud, errors and omissions and negligent acts of such persons. No provision of this Section 4.10 requiring such fidelity bond and errors and omissions insurance shall diminish or relieve the Servicer from its duties and obligations as set forth in this Agreement. The minimum coverage under any such bond and insurance policy shall be in an amount as is customary for servicers that service a portfolio of manufactured housing installment sales contracts of $100 million or more and that are generally acceptable as servicers to institutional investors. On or before April 1 of every year, the Servicer shall cause to be delivered to the Trustee a certified true copy of such fidelity bond and insurance policy and a statement from the surety and the insurer that such fidelity bond or insurance policy shall in no event be terminated or materially modified without 30 days' prior written notice to the Trustee.

Any such fidelity bond and errors and omissions insurance shall protect and insure the Servicer against losses, including forgery, theft, embezzlement, fraud, errors and omissions and negligent acts of such persons. No provision of this Section 5.10 requiring such fidelity bond and errors and omissions insurance shall diminish or relieve the Servicer from its duties and obligations as set forth in this Agreement. The minimum coverage under any such bond and insurance policy, shall be in an amount as is customary for servicers that service a portfolio of manufactured housing installment sales contracts of $100 million or more and that are generally acceptable as servicers to institutional investors. Upon request of the Trustee, the Servicer shall cause to be delivered to the Trustee a certified true copy of such fidelity bond and insurance policy and a statement from the surety and the insurer that such fidelity bond or insurance policy shall in no event be terminated or materially modified without 30 days' prior written notice to the Trustee.
Fidelity Bond and Errors and Omissions Insurance. POLICY (a)
(a) The Primary Servicer, at its own expense, shall maintain in effect a fidelity bond (the "Primary Servicer Fidelity Bond") and an errors and omissions policy (the "Primary Servicer Errors and Omissions Insurance Policy") with a Qualified Insurer, naming the Master Servicer as loss payee, affording coverage for all directors, officers and employees. The Primary Servicer Errors and Omissions Insurance Policy and Primary Servicer Fidelity Bond shall be in such form and amount that would satisfy the same requirements for such policies as the Master Servicer must satisfy as set forth in Section 8.2 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, the Primary Servicer shall be permitted to self-insure with respect to its obligations to maintain the Primary Servicer Fidelity Bond and a Primary Servicer Errors and Omissions Policy to the extent the Master Servicer is permitted under Section 8.2 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement (construed as if the references therein to the Master Servicer were instead references to the Primary Servicer). The Primary Servicer shall furnish to the Master Servicer, not later than thirty (30) days after the Closing Date, evidence of the Primary Servicer's compliance with this Section 5.3(a).
(b) The Primary Servicer shall promptly report in writing to the Master Servicer any material adverse changes that may occur in the Primary Servicer Fidelity Bond or the Primary Servicer Errors and Omissions Insurance Policy and shall furnish to the Master Servicer upon written request copies of all binders and policies or certificates evidencing that such bond and insurance policy are in full force and effect. The Primary Servicer shall promptly report in writing to the Master Servicer all cases of embezzlement or fraud or irregularities of operation relating to the servicing of the Mortgage Loans and of the A/B Mortgage Loan by the Primary Servicer and its employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives if such events involve funds relating to the Mortgage Loans and the A/B Mortgage Loan. The total of such losses, regardless of whether claims are filed with the applicable insurer or surety, shall be disclosed in such reports together with the amount of such losses covered by insurance. Fidelity Bond and Errors and Omissions Insurance. Nationstar, as servicer, shall obtain and maintain at its own expense and keep in full force and effect so long as any Notes are outstanding, a blanket fidelity bond and an errors and omissions insurance policy with one or more insurers covering its officers and employees and other persons acting on its behalf in connection with its activities under the Transaction Documents meeting the criteria required by the Designated Servicing Agreements. Coverage of Nationstar, as servicer, and of the Depositor under a policy or bond obtained by an Affiliate of Nationstar and providing the coverage required by this subsection (j) shall satisfy the requirements of this subsection (j). Nationstar will promptly report in writing to the Indenture Trustee any material changes that may occur in its or the Depositor’s fidelity bonds, if any, and/or its or the Depositor’s errors and omissions insurance policies, as the case may be, and will furnish to the Indenture Trustee copies of all binders and polices or certificates evidencing that such bonds, if any, and insurance policies are in full force and effect.
