Contractor's Failure to Maintain Insurance. If Contractor fails to maintain the insurance required by Article 20, Customer may procure such insurance. In such event, Customer shall invoice Contractor and Contractor shall promptly reimburse Customer for any premiums and other charges paid by Customer for such coverage.
