Contractor’s Incidental Expenses. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Contract, the Contractor shall be solely responsible and liable for all costs and expenses incident to the performance of all services for the County including, but not limited to, any professional dues, association fees, license fees, fines, taxes, and penalties.
