Subcontractors’ Insurance. If a part of the Agreement is to be sublet, the Consulting Engineer/Architect shall either:
a. Cover all subcontractors in its insurance policies, or
b. Require each subcontractor not so covered to secure insurance which will protect subcontractor against all applicable hazards or risks of loss as and in the minimum amounts designated. Whichever option is chosen, Consulting Engineer/Architect shall indemnify and hold harmless the City as to any and all damages, claims or losses, including attorney's fees, arising out of the acts or omissions of its subcontractors.
Subcontractors’ Insurance. The Contractor shall cause each and every Subcontractor to provide insurance coverage that complies with all applicable requirements of the Contractor-provided insurance as set forth herein, except the Contractor shall have sole responsibility for determining the limits of coverage required to be obtained by Subcontractors. The Contractor shall ensure that the City is an additional insured on each and every Subcontractor’s Commercial General liability insurance policy using an endorsement at least as broad as ISO Additional Insured endorsement CG 20 38 04 13.
Subcontractors’ Insurance. Before permitting any of Contractor’s subcontractors to perform any Work under this Contract, Contractor shall either (1) require each subcontractor to procure and maintain, during the life of the subcontracts, Subcontractor’s Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance of the types and in amounts as may be applicable to the Work, or (2) insure the activities of subcontractors in Contractor’s own policy.

2. Require each subcontractor not so covered to secure insurance which will protect subcontractor against all applicable hazards or risks of loss as and in the minimum amounts designated.
3. Whichever option is chosen, Contractor shall indemnify and hold harmless the City as to any and all damages, claims or losses, including attorney’s fees, for bodily injury, physical property damage and/or death that arises out of a subcontractor’s or any of its agents, servants, and/or employees’ negligent acts, and or failure to act in the performance of this Agreement arising out of the acts or omissions of its subcontractors.
Subcontractors’ Insurance. If a part of the work is to be sublet, the Developer shall either:
1. Cover all subcontractors in its insurance policies, or
2. Require each subcontractor not so covered to secure insurance which will protect subcontractor against all applicable hazards or risks of loss as and in the minimum amounts designated above. Whichever option is chosen, contractor shall indemnify and hold harmless the City as to any and all damages, claims or losses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of the acts or omissions of its subcontractors.
Subcontractors’ Insurance. The Contractor shall include all Subcontractors as insureds under its policies or shall furnish separate certificates and endorsements for each Subcontractor. All coverages for Subcontractors shall be subject to all of the requirements stated herein.
Subcontractors’ Insurance. If the Engineer’s insurance does not afford coverage on behalf of any Subcontractor(s) hired by the Engineer, the Subcontractor(s) shall maintain insurance coverage equal to that required of the Engineer. It is the responsibility of the Engineer to assure compliance with this provision. The City accepts no responsibility arising from the conduct, or lack of conduct, of the Subcontractor.
Subcontractors’ Insurance. Contractor shall cause each Subcontractor and Sub-Sub- Contractor of Contractor to purchase and maintain insurance of the types and in the amounts specified below. Contractor shall require Subcontractors and Sub-Subcontractors to furnish copies of certificates of insurance to City’s Risk Manager evidencing coverage for each Subcontractor and Sub-Subcontractor.
Subcontractors’ Insurance. The Contractor shall cause each Subcontractor to purchase and maintain in full force and effect policies of insurance as specified in this exhibit, except for coverage limits, which will be agreed upon between the Owner and the Contractor. The Contractor will be responsible for the Subcontractors' coverage if the Subcontractors fail to purchase and maintain the required insurance. When requested by the Owner, the Contractor will furnish copies of certificates of insurance establishing coverage for each Subcontractor.
Subcontractors’ Insurance. The Engineer shall agree to cause each subcontractor employed by Engineer to purchase and maintain insurance of the type specified, provided the Engineer’s insurance does not afford coverage on behalf of the subcontractor.
