Common use of Contractor’s Option of Termination Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s Option of Termination. 2.2.1 Contractor may, at Contractor’s sole option, elect to terminate this Agreement in lieu of adherence to the procedures set out in Article 1.5.3, should Contractor determine that any subsequent program guidance or proposed amendment to the contract is unjustifiably onerous or otherwise adverse to Contractor’s legitimate business interests and ability to implement the contract in an effective and reasonable manner, provided:
