CONTRACTOR’S PERFORMANCE. A. Contractor shall perform in good workmanlike manner and in accordance with best accepted practices in the industry all the Work specified or reasonably implied in the Contract, in accordance with its terms and the directions of Con Edison and its authorized representatives as any may be given from time to time.
