Common use of CONTRACTOR’S PLAN OF OPERATION Clause in Contracts

CONTRACTOR’S PLAN OF OPERATION. CONTRACTOR shall submit to ADMINISTRATOR a copy of its Plan of Operation as submitted to the CDSS Xxxxxx Care Rates Bureau and/or CCLD subsequent to the execution of this Contract. CONTRACTOR shall submit to ADMINISTRATOR any updates, changes, or modifications to its Plan of Operation during this Contract. The provisions of the revised Plan of Operation shall supersede the provisions contained in the previous Plan of Operation to the extent that they conflict.
