PERIOD OF OPERATION. Subject to certification, this Agreement shall come into force from the first pay period commencing on or after 1st December 2002 and shall remain in force until 31 October 2005.
PERIOD OF OPERATION.
(1) This Agreement shall commence operation seven (7) days after the Agreement is approved by the Fair Work Commission (FWC).
(2) The nominal expiry date of this Agreement shall be 9 May 2028.
(3) However, this Agreement shall continue to operate beyond the nominal expiry date until it is replaced or terminated in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) (FW Act).
PERIOD OF OPERATION. This agreement will come into force from the first pay period commencing on or after the date of lodgement with the Office of the Employment Advocate (OEA). The agreement has a nominal expiry of three (3) calendar years following lodgement. It will remain in force thereafter until either replaced or rescinded.
PERIOD OF OPERATION. 4.1 Linfox shall make application to the NSW Industrial Relations Commission (the Commission) for approval.
4.2 The nominal term of this agreement shall be three years from 1 July 2003.
PERIOD OF OPERATION. This Agreement will come into effect seven days after approval from the FWC and will remain in force until 21 August 2022.

(2) The nominal expiry date of this Agreement is three years from the date of commencement.
PERIOD OF OPERATION. 12.1 This Agreement will commence 7 days after it is approved by the FWC (“the commencement date”) and will have a nominal expiry date of 15 July 2018.
12.2 The parties agree to commence negotiations for a replacement enterprise agreement, at least four (4) months prior to the expiry of this Agreement, or earlier or later by agreement between the parties to the Agreement.

PERIOD OF OPERATION. 4.1 This Agreement shall operate from the date of lodgement with the Workplace Authority and will continue for a period of three years thereafter.
