If this Agreement includes Construction Work that involves asbestos, lead, or mold remediation this section applies: Contractors Pollution Liability insurance written on an occurrence form with limits of liability not less than $1 million per occurrence and $1 million per project aggregate. The policy will include coverage for claims for Bodily Injury or Property Damage, and remediation costs resulting from a pollution incident caused by or exacerbated by the performance of the Work at the project site.
